Mr. Ricketts has vast experience in the solar industry dating back to 2014 when he left North Dakota to work for Solarcity and Tesla in both Arizona and Texas as a top performing energy advisor and regional energy manager. Prior to his work in solar, he owned a small construction company in Jamestown, ND and spent his early years in Valley City.
He has helped thousands switch to solar and his mission is clear – to bring solar power to his home state of North Dakota. In his free time, Mr. Ricketts coaches youth soccer and has a 6 year old son.
